2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Door Rot Revisited

I wanted to give a huge thanks to everyone who pm'd me about the door rot issue. Chrysler replaced both my doors last week after an almost two year ordeal through their warranty process. The arbitrator in my case was surprisingly cooperative, and the repairs were actually performed pretty quickly once the decision was awarded in my favor.

I am still pretty angry about Chrysler's warranty policy, but the arbitration process was fair and impartial from my perspective.



Thanks again to everyone who helped! Boy, am I relieved!
