Door Seals Again

All - Does anyone know if the second TSB ever came out on door seals? I've already had them replaced once and the new set is about to tear again. I saw a few older posts mentioning a 3rd door seal design.



Only ~5500 miles on the truck, going on the 3rd set of door seals. Very frustrating.

Wind Noise

I just started to get wind noise in my front two windows. I am waiting for my dealer to get the parts and fix this. Oo.

I hope I do not have to have this fixed again.

So far this truck is the best & the dealer in Cottonwood AZ has been 100% standup.

2004 Ram 2500HD 5. 9 25458 miles.

I hope there is a fix someday. My 05 has a hole in the drivers side with a whopping 3500 miles on it. I'm gonna wait a bit before I take it in for replacement seals... . hopefully something will be out by then.

Installed New SOP Door Seals--55275616AC--Seal Body Side -

TSB 23-008-04---These seals are a single lip type seal. The sharp corner of the door -on lower windshield edge-closes over top . No digging into seal as before. Hope this helps. Softer and more flexible rubber.

There is supposed to be a new TSB for two different seals. Have not seen it yet. The first TSB will rub through again.
