Door won't open, adventures with 5star dealer

Took my truck to local dealer 3 August. Right rear door would not open and outside latch appeared to be loose and not going back into postion. Also on 6 occasions truck would not move on start up and move in any gear (automatic) Dealer said no codes on transmission, keep driving. Door parts were on order. Back to dealer 26 August for door parts. Alas, parts were not ordered. Door magically opened!!! As the service tech and mechanic and I were arguing and opening and closing the door. The door went out of kilter again!! Door won't open. Parts ordered, and will not be in town for another 2 weeks. Want to bet they screw up again?? Auto Trans seems to have repaired itself because it has been performing since 3 Aug.



Sorry, had to rant. I have a 3 door Dodge Ram with 7000 miles. Wonder if there is any market for such a beast!!

Good to vent. Hope all works out with your new ride. I just picked up my new Ram also, less than 1k miles. Nothing more frustrating then things going wrong right away. BTW, I thing that 5 star crap is the biggest crock of **** I've ever heard.
