Thats about what he is getting when we did a qiuck check on cylinder #2 the other night, will see him later on , see what he got on the other 7 . Cylinder #2 has a dead miss, and now with hunting season less then 2 weeks away, he is suddenly concerned!!! :-laf
You should see about 120psi per cylinder on an excellent sealing engine..... stock that is. Usually a tired one will be at 100 or so. They're not impressive in stock form to say the least.
If you'd like to know how to get 400hp usable in a 4x4 (low/midrange) using stock Ford heads, gimme a call. Not selling service, just giving advice.
My 400M is pushing 450 with stock Ford cast iron heads.
