My one friend ask me the other day about how a DD clutch would act if you put 1 orgainic disk and the other disk ceramic. I didn't know what to tell him but i said i would post it to see if others had any experince. He has pretty good amount of power, atleast 400 to the wheels when he dynoed a couple months ago. This is in a powerstroke. Any thoughts or experince. He is just expermenting with it.

When I was racing Stack'd-n-Jack'd I was working with Van Haisley on different dual disk set ups to help me out of the hole. We tried something very similar to this and it ended up one slipped and one grabbed. We didnt' know until we dropped the transmission and looked at the disks. That is my experience.

With only 400 you think S/B would have something in stock in a single disk that would hold. But I don't know much about the ford stuff.

So who all makes a dual disk set up any how? (For a Dodge)
