Dowel pin part number?

Is 3900257 the correct Cummins part number for the dowel pin, and does it fit all years of the 12 valves 89 and up or only 94 and up? This info seems allusive or my google skills suck today

I don't see why it would not be the same .Or why Cummins would invent a new part for such a minor issue . Also as guys swap P pumps to first gen and also to the 24 valves id say it has to be the same

They are all the same. That is the correct part number on my '92, '95, '98.5, and a friends '01.
