Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Dowel Pin repair in San Diego, Ca?

Can anyone recommend a shop who can do the dowel pin repair in San Diego County, more specifically in the El Cajon area? Just thought that I would do it before it breaks... Thanks.
