Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Dowel pin repair in Sonoma Co. Calif

My father inlaw has a 94 and I am somewhat concerned about the dreaded KDP. Is there sombody that can recomend someone in the Sonoma county area in California that can do this fix? Thanks, Wade
