Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Down pipe

How hard is to change a down pipe??? Is it hard to fish the new one up. Does the pipe come off the turbo okay, or will it need heat? Who sells nice 4 inch down pipes. Looking to do my stacks. Feedback please guys. Thanks

Our trucks have A lot of room to fit bigger downpipes , I'm running 5" off the turbo and there is still a bit of room.



I put a 4" on a 6. 0L and we had to lift the front of the truck up so there was room because it hit the ground, you might have to do that but... .



and the stock pipe should come right off

I did the banks power elbow and it was a cake walk. Bolted it right up, tons of room and the quality seem pretty good. The down pipe pointed straight back to the rear of truck so all i had to do was weld on about another 5 feet pipe and then a turn down:-laf
