SOme new/ Some old Stuff

I know a lot of you fellows are great with computers so thought I would ask for recommended sites that you can download music from. I think I would rather go to one that charges than the free ones as I tried one of them and didn't work out too well.

Thanks

Michael

A good one is at http://www.kazaa.com You have to download a program that resembles napster. I think it works GREAT! Zero problems, always find what I need. It also allows you to find more than music. I've even downloaded whole movies!

Thanks for the replys fellows. I tried Kazaa and they downloaded some spyware and adware to my computer. I downloaded winMX and they don't have any instructions how to use it, too complicated for me to figure out and their help page is under construction. I really don't mind paying a fee to download music, just that there are so many out there, I needed a recommendation.

Thanks again

Michael

Michael, I use winMX and don't find it too complicated, they just offer more options then most folks need, ignore them. Just search for what you want to download, the ones in green nearest the top of the search list are ready to download. Just highlight one then click download. You can then go back to the search page by clicking search and add/search for some more. The rest is pretty much automatic. The music will be downloaded to the file you specified when you signed up, just open the file and right click then click play.

Michael,

The problem with paying a fee is that you are charged a fee for every song that you download. Just something to think about. :)

I use Limewire. It's fairly good, especially if you have a high speed connection. LW is also good because they have both a free version and a pay version, that way you choose.
