Downpipe Modifications with HX35 Install?

Does the downpipe have to be modified on my 92 Dodge W250 when going from the stock turbo to a HX35 off of a 2nd Gen Dodge? If so, what has to be done? Also, I got a new oil drain gasket and turbo to manifold gasket, is there anything else I should have to make this swap go smooth? Thanks.

PBlaster will help loosen the rusty old bolts. Sounds like you have everything you need. You will need to cut off an inch from the pipe, or move it back, which puts it too close to the firewall, IMO. If you have a non-WG housing, it will bolt right up.
