Hey Lubeguy... . I really and truly hope you are correct. If you take the time to read the total warranty as posted on the web for "owners", it sure does not read that way except for CA emissions. Also that is what the human person on the live phone reiterated to me as we read the warranty together. I really hope it does go for the 5/100K as this gives a guy a little breathing room as this engine gets used more and more. Here's hoping.

I thought there was another thread that covered this. Someone post the last eight of a federal and California VIN and I will run the labor operation again specific to the VIN. Also would not hurt to run both 07 and 08, and CC as well as P/U.

Remember that CA is defintely different from the rest of the USA. In almost everyway seems.
