Has anyone heard anything about that dr performance chip thats

advertised in our new TDR book?

I saw the add and the claims looked great. I would love to have a bomb that did not boost fuel pressure.

My only hold back is a lot of negative feed back about other DR. Performance products some time back. You may be able to do a search and find some of them. I think I will wait and see how others get along with them. I also hear Edge is coming out with a box that is selectable for fuel pulse width as well as timing and fuel pressure. I had very good customer service from Edge in the past.

We tested one in a 2004 about a month ago. It worked very well and provide smooth strong power. Our test unit was an 80hp and just plugs in.

i just talked to the guy from Dr. performance on the phone,

and he said 90 HP and 150 Torque,





and that is a pressure box, the timing box is 3-4 weeks away,



i will keep my 75 hp ez, so i can keep my higher 200+ torque

No fuel pressure or timing? 90HP? That's contradictory to their ad, isn't it? They were only claiming like 30HP or something.



Yes, I do seem to remember some negative feedback on teh TDR about their customer service and product quality. No personal experience, but those things tend to stick in one's mind.



Hard to beat the reputation of the Edge.

he said that it DOES increase pressure,



BUT



not over the stock pressure,, it just comes on sooner, and he said it stays stable, but the factory pressure goes up and down even at cruising speed

you cant run fast enough, hop in the truck and put the hammer down.

I tried the Dr. performance 80 hp box, i could hardly tell a difference. I took it back and got a refund. The box does raise the fuel pressure.
