Is it possible to repair the joints of a drag link or other suspension part rather than buying a new one and tossing the old one? It seems a waste to throw away all that metal for a joint that should be repairable.
Does anyone know of joint kits which can be purchased?

Go to Geno’s Garage and look for “Luke’s Link”. I upgraded to the 3rd gen track bar (went with adjustable) years back. The 2nd gen bar’s weak link (obviously) is the joint and since it lives at such an angle is prone to failure. I’ve heard good things about the Luke’s Link, but have not used one.
A few things I can offer:
1-create a signature so we know what year, etc. truck we’re talking about.
2-consider the 3rd gen track bar and “pay once” = be done with it.
