Just wanted to say that I have installed my new P. E. Comp this past week and got to try it out on a few P-Smokes at the local track after hours. We had a little "Dually Nationals" race after qualifying Saturday night after the track shut down. There were 5 P-Jokes and a Chevy gas burner. No timers were on so we didn't have any official E. T's to go by. But I am very happy to say that my 4x4 3500 managed to out-run every thing they could throw against it. There were a few Stroke owners that lost some change on this deal. I don't think there was a Stroke in the lanes that wasn't "bombed" in some way or another. The first one I ran had a 70 horse Diablo sport chip and I had him a full truck length. Even took on a GT Mustang to boot. The P. E. Comp box is a blast, and the "In cab" tune-ability is cool to boot. I am still on cloud nine over this thing. It is the best money I've spent yet. But I'm afraid it's gonna really cost me alot when this stock converter gives up. I just hope to get it replaced before it does! Oh well, It will be worth it. :) Just wanted to share my fun with you guys. Im a fairly new member and enjoy this site greatly. Chris

nice to hear...

Great to see you enjoying the cummins. With your 4. 10 auto, she should leave the line like a bat out of he!!...

She should leave quite a tire smoke show too???:D I have been pondering a PE Comp for mine as well. I don't know what to expect with the five speed and 3. 55s... probably a new clutch in the near future. . but BOMBs away:D :D :D

Get a time on that thing :). Tdr Member Hiperf 360 went a 15. 41 with his 01 ETC 3500 which has the Blue Chip FMS and an EZ. My truck has done a best of 16. 20 with an EZ box only. Curious to see what it runs

Im thinking its gonna be high nines in the eigth mile. I race both eight and quarter mile sometimes. This particular track I was at is eigth mile. The first truck I raced has ran 10. 02 in the eigth and I had him by a truck length between us. He seemed to think It might go some 9. 70's or 9. 80's. I have a hard time judging it. I drive a car that runs low 5's in the eigth and It is hard for me to guess at slower E. T's. I have about as much fun racing this truck as I do the two Street Cars though.

Just received my Comp today. This little box was delivered by a FedEx FL70 w/ 25' enclosed body, sure could hear the rattle :D . I was missing the pin prick pump connector.

Very happy to hear these positive results. I can't wait now. Next it will need injectors, traction bars, TIRES  , and all the fuel stuff and ... ... ... . Oh Ya the 12 step program on how to a

BOMB-A-HOLIC  . Bomb On, Sam.

It would be interesting to see how a standard will perform with the comp as I've ran our auto with it.

Dawg-1 you will love the Comp it's excellent power, but very smooth.

I can verify the performance of the PE Comp, because I raced JPhillips too. He beat me by a truck and a half or so. All I've got is an EZ box. I guess I'm going to have to get injectors to beat him again. Before, he had a Power Puck and I beat him pretty easily. Now that he has the Comp, he can smoke me, even with my truck being about 250 pounds lighter. Break out the check book. :D :D

Just installed last night

I just upgraded from an EZ to a Comp last night. Holy Cow! This box is increadible. Didn't have a lot of time to test, just some hot-rodding outside of town.
