Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) drain plug problems

finally found a cure for the leaking drain plug that the quicky lube monkeys think has to be super tight, this has worked on 3 pans so far, even new cummins plug & gasket still leak, my local carquest store stocks new plugs & washers, motormite part # 65384, the washer has a slight flare at the inside of the hole on both sides & works grest, hope this helps.
