Don't do it!
I would advise against torqing it. I did not torque mine on my first oil change - no problem. I made the mistake of using the torque wrench on it (torqued it to spec - 40) on my second oil change. On the third, it was all I could do to break that mother loose. I really thought I was going to tear the steel on the pan before it broke loose. I do not torque it anymore. I just do it the old fasioned way - tighten to feel. It still seems to tighten up as I drive, but it isn't as tough to bust loose as it was that one time I used the torque wrench on it. Just my experience.
