2005 Cummins Run-Away

05 Dodge, 6 spd manual, Banks 6 gun with speedloader module, Banks Exhaust and Air Horn, FASS Titanium 95G, Dynomite Diesel Stage 1 injectors, 168,000 miles

Started recently while driving in AZ. Unfortunately, it is intermittent. Power drops dramatically. Climbing a grade on southbound I-17 from Camp Verde I had to drop all the way down to 2nd gear and drive on the shoulder to the top. The grade is not that steep or that long. The exhaust was not clouds of white or black smoke, but looked somewhat normal, albeit a little more than usual. Turbo boost was normal and EGT was slightly elevated. The accelerator pedal felt mushy. I could press it to the floor and then let off to idle with virtually no response. I had it towed home and tried the obvious - changed the two FASS filters and the cummins filter. That was not the solution! I tried it on several grades the next day and had to crawl up one and the 2nd one, which was steeper and longer, I went lickety split up it. Any suggestions?
