Drivability issues

Ok I have been chasing a no power issue for some time now. Its intermittent and I'm out of warrantee. I finally got my hands on a scanner and this is what i have come up with. NO CODES, APPS voltage will max out at 3. 5 volts and rail pressure at idle is about 4000psi and the most i could get it to was about 12000 but i was driving and reading at the same time I'm gonna have a buddy take a ride with me tomorrow and re check rail pressure. So what should max voltage be on the APPS and what should the max rail pressure be and how and when should it be attained. Will the APPS voltage affect max rail pressure

Not sure about the APPS but 19k should be your max rail pressure under full load. Idle from 3-5k is good for an 03.



Is your intermittent no power issue like a dead pedal? Step on it and nothing happens?
