Drive line vibration

My 2003 3500 D/W 6 SPEED 4 W/D HAD A BAD MIDDLE U JOINT AND REPLACED SAME. TEST DRIVE VEHICLE AND GOT A VIBRATION 25MPH-35MPH

ANY SUGGESTIONS TO REMEDY THIS PROBLEM . THE DRIVESHAFT WAS CHECKED FOR BALANCE , OK, AND SHAFT IS IN TIME THANK YOU , TWG

Check for any dents in the tubes. Re-time the shafts 180* and see if that helps. If all else fails, take the both shafts to a drive line shop that can check them as an assembly.

I had the same problem. I had a bad u joint in the rear. I ended up replacing all rear U joints with greasable ones.



The drive shaft needed to go back in, in the exact same spot. Goy rid of it.



Mine was at the exact MPH your vibration is... ... I had marked it in advace without the shop knowing:-laf

I have a simular problem with mine. I get a bad vibration at 70 mph. When I get the $ I will get it replaced.
