I have no idea where to start looking for this so any suggestions will be checked and appreciated. It is a 2003 had new tires less than a year ago (9-10 months) I notice it while truck is cold worse than after it warms up. This may be a coincidence but I figured I'd mention it. Trans shifts great with no slippage. Could it be rearend or carrier bearing related?

I would first disassemble the front propeller shaft, this way you might get a hint to search after it is front or rear end related.
Vibrations are hard to catch especially over internet.
Also change tires front rear and vice versa.
Axles, usually not, the AAMs are good quality.
You also need to tell us if it is a fast or a slow vibration, slow is tire up to differential, fast is pinion to engine related, fast is average 4 times faster then slow.

I see its 2003 I have 2003 quad cab long bed and chased a vibration for a long time. My right hand front wheel side started making a noise when I would make a turn. To make a long story short the wheels that came with truck were steel with the chrome cladding on them under the chrome the steel had rusted and the wheel was coming apart. I replaced all four wheels no more vibration!

So far I have removed the front shaft with no fix, the driveline shop inspected it and said it was good to go and greased it, he also said to remove it every year and bring it to him as he will inspect it for free.

The next thing I did was remove the rear shaft and take it to the driveline shop and found the problem, the middle u-joint was sawing itself in half and was nearly through and the carrier bearing was junk. He replaced all three joints and the carrier bearing for $260 and sent me on my way. Thus far it has fixed it, there is a possibility of a bit more but I'm not sure if it's really there or just me. The front axle shafts will get rebuilt soon as will the rest of the front end.
