2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Driver side grab handle

I'm not too sure about this handle on the drivers side, I think it was located on the ceiling. Is this correct? I see a handle on ebay and it doesn't look like the passenger side one (hard molded), this one looks like one of those sturdy strap styles, it says out of a 97. Would this fit my 96? Do I have to make the holes? Thanks for any info guys... ...

Pull your headliner away a few inches on the drivers side and you will see where the holes need to be drilled. I just ordered one from my local dealer who doesn't cut any deals and it was 12. 35. The plastic covers are another couple of bucks. It takes two sheet metal screws. I think the dealer told me they are 6mm x 20.

By ordering from the dealer I can get the color I want. Tenefly Chrysler Jeep advertises that they will beat anyones price.

Is the handle just like the passenger side? This one looks different, maybe I can get a picture of it to show what I mean.
