Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Drivetrain Problem

I have a 1995 ctd. I just had a problem with the u-jiont on the back of the rear driveshaft. It was spinning in the yoke and wore the little teb off that halds the cap in place. So i had to get a new u-joint and a yoke. I come to find that the new u-joint in spinning in the new yoke. So i bought new clamps that go around the u-joint and bold to the yoke figuring that might be my problem but it isn't. The u-joint spins free as i could when i took it off so the new u-joint isn't bad. Can anyone tell me why my caps are spinning in my yoke when everthing is brand new. could be as simple as wrong u joint or yoke I have had the wrong one's given to me when I replaced the front three on the front driveshaft.
