I've had my first diesel for 4 days now and this thing is cool I can tell that it has alot of pulling power but it's different than my old v-10. I'm already getting 16. 2 mpg instead of 11 mpg with the v-10, and by looking under the hood I can see that I have alot to learn. The first bomb is going in Oct. 18th, Autometer Ultra-Light boost and egt gauges in an Autometer A-pillar pod, installation by Jannetty Racing.

great to see you fellow Ct. man!! good choice going with gauges

and equally good choice going to Ted. if you're not too mechanically inclined like myself, ted & co. 's work is PRIMO. had all of my drivetrain bombs done there. believe us when we say that gauges are ONLY the first step. Massdiesel is having a meet on Sat. 13OCT. we're doing a convoy. meeting at Rein's Deli in vernon around 0830 for breakfast. i'll PM you with more details...

I just took a 380mi trip to N. H. yesterday to watch some snowmobile grass drags and the truck got 19. 1 mpg going between 65-75mph and it only had 300 miles on it when I left. BTW I only live about 12mi from Jannetty Racing and I buy snowmobile parts and accessories for Land-n-Sea Racing which is right next door so I see all the cool cars and trucks that come out of his shop. This could turn into an expensive problem.
