2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Driving lights (adding new lights)

I am going to be adding driving or fog lights to my truck. Does anyone know if the plug behind the front bumper in the center of the truck is for driving lights? Will I have to add a relay for these lights and is the relay panel wired for it? What kind of lights have been used in a Buckstop bumper?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Ron
