I just mounted my DT TRack bar (is that the right name?) on my 99 1 ton. I had asked here before if anyone had done it with a Boss snowplow mount and neevr got any responses, so, now that I have done it I will pass my findings along.
All that I had to do special was remove the drivers side brace from the plow mount. Once the track bar was fully installed, I then ran the brace through the saw a few times at diff angles. I don't think that I am going to redo the brace at all at this time. It is still fairly beefy.
I also installed Darins sterring box brace this summer. I had to take the center section of the plow mount off to slip the brace into place, but I don't remember anything other than that.
I now have a new truck!
