Show code P0602 control module programming error/ not programmed anybody have any ideas ?

It is a nuisance code, it will clear all by itself after several key cycles. Usually a TST or the early Smarty software instigated this DTC, but I see your truck is completely stock. I would not worry about it, but if it really bothers you, have the vehicle re-flashed with the current software at Dodge, or have a Smarty owner flash a tune into your ecm, then return it to stock, the code will disappear.
