Dtc p0191 ?

Can anyone tell me exactly what dtc p0191 represents? I've recently had trouble with harder starts and idle fluctuation, also lower power at times. It usually happens within the first 5 mins of running then usually clears up. It would seem to be the FCA from what I have read on other threads. Oil is fine, no fuel contamination. Fuel economy may have dropped a little.



Truck is 05 QC 4x4 nv5600 lwb

P0191 Fuel Rail Press Sens Circ Range/Perf ,,, FCA will cause 0191, Bad sensor 0193/0192, speaking in general terms.

Just a question... Are you still on the origional injectors?

I don't know about the injectors, I bought the truck from a dealer when it had 237k miles on it so I didn't really have a whole lot of info on the past history of the truck. I have replaced a water pump and tensioner and some u-joints. Otherwise has been a very reliable vehicle. I had guessed somewhere around 300k I would likely have to replace the injectors. Question is would I need to replace tips only or bodies as well?
