Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) DTT band adjustment specs

Does anyone have the band adjustment specs for DTT trannies? It's and '01. I had all of that info in my bookmarked stuff, but lost it all recently. I need the torque amounts, number of turns to back the band nuts off, Etc.

front: 72 in/lbs, back off 2 turns, 30lb locknut

rear: 72 in/lbs, back off 3 turns, 25 locknut
