I purchased a used Edge EZ for my Dad's pickup. The individual that I purchased it from was a customer of DTT. He wanted to send it to me as soon as possible so he had them (DTT) bill it to my credit card. I did not recieve it when it was expected so I called DTT. They had lost it (the EZ) while moving, and could not find it. They asked what year my Dad's truck was, and they sent me a brand new EZ to replace the one that was lost. I ended up getting a brand new EZ, for the right year model pickup, for about half price. If I had recieved the original used EZ, I was going to send it back to Edge and have it replaced with one for the 2002, at a cost of $75+shipping. So DTT took a loss and saved me money and time. They were not even making anything to begin with. In my book, that's good business.

P. S. I am way down here in West Texas, and DTT does not know me from Adam. I don't even have an auto. They just did a good job, because they are a good company.

Couldn't agree more

Just finished going through my transmission, again:rolleyes: Both times Bill, Stephan, Shanti, Darren and Vinny held my hand, over the phone of course, as I installed new stuff. This is the first auto I have ever opened and really didn't know what the heck I was talking about or even looking at inside. They were all very patient and encouraging. I know there are many vendors of aftermarket transmission parts, I am personnal sold on DTT. Great group who know the meaning of service.

I agree, I've seen Bill & crew take care of my DTT-equipped friends many times now, it is gratifying and heart-warming to see that level of service and committment. A strong product, and unbeatable service is what it takes to be a winner!

I had to learn the hard and VERY expensive way that Bill is exactly what you all say that he is. I strayed to brand *** and got rather badly burned. I have my issues with DTT, but I am confident that it will all be resolved. This thread REALLY says it all; check it out!!

Chris

Hey, Chris you get burned, because you don't know what you want. I even think you deserve that, maybe when you will be older you will understand better. Look to me you are one of the people who like to blame everybody else for own problem. But this is just my opinion, and I don't want pick:-{} In this case good luck with your trany.
