I felt compelled to start a new thread as the master (Bill Kondolay) deserves AT LEAST that. Bill and his professional staff removed my BD V10/Cummins hybrid TC and VB, replacing both with his trick components AFTER a comparison drive between two vehicles setup with different DTT components and adjustments. As my present TC (BD V10/Cummins hybrid) wasn't stock, I thought gains with the DTT setup would be somewhat minimal in my case... was I ever wrong! #ad

After the installation of the selected components I opted for what I think ended up being the firm shifting VB. As Bill kept telling me, my combination definitely wouldn't be for everyone.

After the initial installation the tweaking process ensued. This involved removing the trans. pan to make the appropriate adjustments for MY specific requirements. Keep in mind this is a custom installation based on MY Ram, its intended purpose and MY specific likes/dislikes. A multitude of other adjustments were made to obtain the desired (CUSTOM) results. To say I'm extremely pleased would be the understatement of the millennium!

On my final approach home I traveled slowly UP the gravel road leading to our property (at about 10 mph), I could hardly believe what I was experiencing, the TC is so efficient that I was actually being pulled by it, I was actually able to remove my foot from the accelerator pedal and IDLE UP the progressively steeper gravel road while being able to maintain 7-10 mph! If I hadn't done it for myself I wouldn't have believed it.

Throughout the day I was given the royal treatment by everyone there, Bill, Bill's wife Shanti, his son Stefan as well as Vinnie And Darin his expert techs. Many thanks to all of you, your expertise, customer service and hospitality is second to none. #ad

A special thanks to Bill, Vinnie and Darin who throughtout the day ALWAYS remembered who the customer was, placing my total satisfaction above all else. Thank You, you guys are the best of the best! And Bill, what can I say, without getting into details, your extended guarantee of total customer satisfaction is beyond ANYTHING I've ever experienced. You went WAY BEYOND what would be considered excellent customer service.

Thank You

Ain't it the truth! The DTT converter and valve body makes it a whole different truck. A pleasure to drive. I have had my DTT stuff in for 2,200 miles now and every time I drive my truck I think of how bad the transmission used to feel and how good it feels now. Same thing with my Powermax1, every once in awhile I turn it off just to remind myself what a great product it is. I also thank Bill and the crew at DDT for great service and a great product.

I can attest to John's excitement. Not only did he email me, but he phoned also! Sounded like a kid at christmastime!

I too have the DDT TC and VB and could not be happier. About a month or so after I had the stuff installed in Alaska, Bill called me to make sure I was happy with it and that it was performing up to specs. I was totaly blown away, never has anyone I bought anything from called after they had my $$ to make sure I was happy.

My new DTT upgrade never ceases to amaze me! The first time I backed out of my driveway (uphill) applying the same amount of throttle as I had a thousand times before, I darn near backed into my sandstone retaining wall! The TC is SO efficient that it moves INSTANTLY and EXPEDIENTLY after throttle application (no matter how little you give it). God I love this setup!

..... I just hope I don't wake up and find it was all a dream. #ad

What can I say Bill, YOU ARE THE MAN! ... and DTT rules!
