I felt compelled to start a new thread as the master (Bill Kondolay) deserves AT LEAST that. Bill and his professional staff removed my BD V10/Cummins hybrid TC and VB, replacing both with his trick components AFTER a comparison drive between two vehicles setup with different DTT components and adjustments. As my present TC (BD V10/Cummins hybrid) wasn't stock, I thought gains with the DTT setup would be somewhat minimal in my case... was I ever wrong!

After the installation of the selected components I opted for what I think ended up being the firm shifting VB. As Bill kept telling me, my combination definitely wouldn't be for everyone.
After the initial installation the tweaking process ensued. This involved removing the trans. pan to make the appropriate adjustments for MY specific requirements. Keep in mind this is a custom installation based on MY Ram, its intended purpose and MY specific likes/dislikes. A multitude of other adjustments were made to obtain the desired (CUSTOM) results. To say I'm extremely pleased would be the understatement of the millennium!
On my final approach home I traveled slowly UP the gravel road leading to our property (at about 10 mph), I could hardly believe what I was experiencing, the TC is so efficient that I was actually being pulled by it, I was actually able to remove my foot from the accelerator pedal and IDLE UP the progressively steeper gravel road while being able to maintain 7-10 mph! If I hadn't done it for myself I wouldn't have believed it.
Throughout the day I was given the royal treatment by everyone there, Bill, Bill's wife Shanti, his son Stefan as well as Vinnie And Darin his expert techs. Many thanks to all of you, your expertise, customer service and hospitality is second to none.
