Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) DTT Transmission Fix

Hi all, I have a 99 dodge 24 valve, with the trasmission 'problem' everyone seems to have.

Just wondering if any of you have installed the DTT 'noise filter'? If so, what is the 'blue tracer' and 't-tap' for the orange wire with blue stripe? What are the 't tap connectors'?

I know what wire they are talking about but I just want to make sure of what DTT instructions are talking about.

The tracer just refers to the stripe on the wire,and the t-tap is the connector that folds over and locks on the wire.
