Take the 10 foot of 4" pipe to a muffler shop and have both ends flared to 4" ID then cut what you need from each end to go from the Y-Pipe out to the 90% Elbow's.

Hope this helps

Dual stacks partss list

RHARVY

Thanks for the parts list. I worked some major overtime over the holidays and I was thinking about putting on some stacks. I don't know if you mounted yours on the inside of the bed or on the outside, I'm going to put mine on the outside. This at least gives me a starting point.

Where did you purchase these items??

Cliff

Hey Cliff,

I haven't put mine on yet. . still working on paying off my vacation in May. . I found this list from one of the other members. .

Rick

Hey Cliff,

When you connected or installed the system, you used the stock down pipe and connected the adapter to it??? I looked at the system again and I'm very inpressed with the out come...

Thanks for the website. I'm about an hour and a half from Indianapolis. I looked at their website and I think they have everything I will need.

This looks like it will be one of the easier projects on the 3500, I'm trying to find a parts kit for a bush guard I bought over the net, still no luck with it yet.

Thanks again for it help.

call first

CClouser

I would call them first or you may have to make 2 trips because they will have to order some of the parts in.

Looks like we have more then one "Cliff" on this post :D

Good Luck

Cliff

hey guys, i'm in s/j calif. I did my stacks with 4'' aluminized steel and powder coated them, there is quite a selection of colors to chose from, mine kida matches the truck,I did use the stock down pipe and chucked the muf. the resinator had 3'' in the front and 4'' out the back so I put it on the down pipe next to the transmission and put on a 4x4x4 wye then two 24'' s/s flex's and up with the duell cooling towers, I also put on s/s heat shields with 1/2'' perforation so the color shows thru, there is about 4' of pipe exposed above the shields, with a 75* ell on top to add that salami cut look,i'm trying to get some pics over the net to show off, most of the guys at our ram runners meetings here in san jose ca. have seen them they sound very nice, if I had the time I would re-do them with 5'' now that I know they would fit and sound even better[ maybe that megaphone tone]

good luck with your choice
