This is a complete kit to convert your 3/4-ton or 1-ton into a dually. This kit was removed from a 1989 W350, that was a factory single-wheel truck with Dan 70 rear and Dana 60 front axles and converted to a dually by the dealer. This should fit any Dodge 3/4 or 1-ton from 1972 to 1993.

Generally, a dually conversion does not add gross vehicle weight capacity beyond the previous rating for your truck, but this conversion also included a set of 900 lb factory overload springs bringing it up to a 8700lb GVW rating.

The kit includes:

*Two each 4-3/8" steel spacers for the front hubs. These bolt onto your existing hubs using your existing lug nuts. The spacers have installed the 5/8" studs required for the offset dually wheels.

*Two each 3" steel spacers for the rear hubs. These bolt onto your existing hubs using your existing lug nuts. The spacers have installed the 5/8" studs required for the offset dually wheels

* Six Budd style dually wheels. Each wheel comes with a tire mounted. These used tires vary from 40% to 20% remaining tread depth.

* 48 each 5/8" lug nuts for the dually wheels

* One pair of fiberglass rear dually fenders. Although they look very similar when mounted, these are different than factory dually fenders. These are specially made for dealer installation of dually fenders onto a regular pickup bed. See photos for mounting. They simply screw to the side of your existing pickup bed or mount using wellnuts. Fender welting is included. You will need new screws for attaching to your bed.

* One pair of heavy duty mud flaps. These full-width mud flaps with CAT Diesel Power logo hang on steel brackets. The brackets appear to be farmer-built, but they are very nice. They mount solidly to the steel understructure of the pickup bed and provide support for the mud flaps to hang below the fiberglass fenders without putting any stress on the fenders.

* One set factory overload springs. The overload springs come with the extended U-bolts and spacer blocks to attach to your existing spring pack. If you are using this kit on something other than a first generation Cummins, you may need shorter U-bolts. The overload springs also come with the spring stops which bolt to the frame.

Condition: All parts are used. All of the steel hardware is in good working condition. The fenders have holes from marker lights that had been installed. The marker lights are not in working order. The passenger side fender has a crack at the back and some chips on the bottom front edge. The fenders were removed from the truck by cutting the steel bed. and leaving part of the bed attached to the fender. This will provide some rigidity for shipping and allow you to see how the fenders mount to the bed sides. These were the result of a tire blow out. ( The heavy duty mud flaps probably saved the fender, because these are so strong) I judge these defect to be repairable-especially due to the rarity of these fenders. These are different than the factory dually fenders, which can be hard to find. To my knowledge, these dealer-install dually fenders are not being manufactured anymore.

The tires are used and in varying condition rating from fair to poor.

Local pickup is available. Contact me, and we may be able to work out delivery to specific locations. I will palletize these parts and can get you a freight quote to your destination. I will also entertain discussion if you don't want to ship certain parts including used tires, wheel or springs, etc. if you do not need them for your installation. These parts are also advertised locally.
