I did a bit of searching, but came up empty.

Can someone with a 4th Gen 3500 Laramie(or higher)Longbox Crewcab Dually Aisin 4x4 post up their actual payload number? Looking at the towing guide gives rating based on base models/options.

Sure here is mine, if you want to load to your SAE RAWR the payload is MUCH higher. It does NOT show. SAE chart shows the basic 4x4 Quad cab LB DRW.

I license mine to carry my actual trucks weight. 14k is self imposed number to keep the truck in the Class3 as to not make it expensive to license and insure.

Think about it, I can take my UNLOADED front axle weight of about 5,250# and add to the SAE RAWR of 9,750#. Now tell me how it's possible to do so without going over the 14k GVWR???

MY payload is a bit over 6k.

How much pin weight puts you at 9880? What I am trying to determine is actual available payload on a well equipped truck. The chart says 5680, but a well equipped truck is likely a good bit less. I want to make sure I have some "headroom" for hitch weight.

The most recent chart I've seen that lists trims differently (2014) showed delta of about 240 pounds between a Tradesman and a Longhorn/Limited on the configuration you posted...so around 5450 less options on a 2018. Know a dealer that would let you scale one?

My pin weight is 5,750# and the 5er weighs 23k so that is 25% pin weight. I had a complete South Bend Clutch system in the tool box or I would have been right on my RAWR of 9,750#.

Are you planning to tow a 23k RV??? If I had a triple axle my pin would be 20% or less and i could then tow a much higher weight 5er.

Weights were with FULL fuel, DEF, two adults and a tool box FULL of tools weighing at least 350#. OH along with a HeavyWeight B&W just over 200#!
