When I bought my truck the drivers side fender was wiped out. They found a replacement, but it had a few cracks. I took superglue, got the crack as smooth as possible, used some 2 part fast dry epoxy and went across the back side to give it some

substance, cleaned the front, smoothed it out with bondo, and had one of the painters here at work spray it. That was almost 2 winters ago now and it's still perfect. Could you repair it this way?

Just a thought

Ditto on superglue repairs. Busted one up plowing snow. Superglued it. Never even got around to sanding and repainting since the cracks were nearly invisible. It would have sanded and painted really easy if needed. I got lucky and the only paint chipping was under the trim piece (98. 5; trim all the way back).
