I got the Mopar HD rubber flaps. Only thing I don't like about them is they sit a little too far off the ground for my taste, but otherwise are terrific.
I bought 2 truck flaps at Loves Truck Stop along with 18" chrome weights & chrome eagles. The flaps were $11. 00 each the weights $12. 00 ea & the eagles were $8. 00ea for a total of $62. 00. I took the ones that came on it from the dealer & used them for a pattern to fit. Took them off the first day because they weren't paying me to advertise for them. :-laf
You can see the Ferd SD flatbed for work. The a-frame beside the garage for removing the "shack", also used to install the flatbed. Notice Rox to the right admiring the CTD.
These go on the flatbed flap mounts. On the 02 I put square tube stock in the ends of the OEM bumper pull hitch and attached Cummins mudflaps (from Rocky Mtn. Cummins).
I have the Mopar flaps front and rear. I like them. 20,000 miles and no problems. The rear flaps do a good job of keeping all my trailers, tractors, and my fifth wheel from getting beat up. I bought them at the Dodge dealer and installed them myself. Easy install.

I have the same ones as KCJackson. The screw into the body and the plastic liner (they use the expanding "anchor" type hardware in the plastic liners.
Mine have held on fine for the first 47,000 miles (even the drivers rear that got caught on a fence post (a long story) and got half ripped off. I just tightened everything back up and it's been fine.
No complaints here. The rears came with the truck, I paid $32. 00 for the fronts through the dealer.
Mopar HD rubber flaps here also. I'm pretty happy with the looks, but don't think they are all that functional. I seem to still get a lot of spray behind them. I think I really need some good fender flares instead, but will probably stick with these.
Duraflap for me!! I have the polished stainless weights and the look great and they don't flap in the wind like most. And Dennis was great to deal with!!
