2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission dually to super single

does anyone know where i could get a single 16' x 12-14" wide rim to mount a 16" wide slick for a 2002 dodge dually?

I recommend typing that rim size on the Internet... if it's made, it should show up. I've seen this done before.
