Yep, they're BOMBing the server again!

Worst Smell Ever

The poll about what you call a soft drink got me thinking about other things since a lot of people mentioned Dr. Pepper. How many have had a "Dublin" Dr. Pepper? These are made at the original Dr. Pepper bottling plant in Dublin, TX (about 70mi. SW of Ft. Worth) with the original formula using Imperial sugar instead of corn syrup. That has to be the best tasting drink in the world! They sell them in stores within about a 25 mi. radius. Cost is usually about $2/6-pack. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend getting some. I usually get a case or two for me and pick up a few more for everyone else who pays me for them.

I thought Waco was the original factory, the Dr Pepper Musuem is in the factory in Waco?

Always willing to learn.

jwgary, are you coming to the Texas Rally? If so, mebbe you could pick up a few cases on your way down and sell 'em at the event. Peanuts in mine, please!

JW, I seem to remember a few years back that Bob Philips of Texas Country Reporter did a segment from that DP bottler. IIRC, they only operate 2 or 3 days of the week, or so it was mentioned at the time.

Drat, I wish DTV would pickup RFD-TV and also that someone hadn't solen my HTS Tracker VIII C-band recvr. I could still watch TCR on the wild feeds on Sunday mornings. Double Drat!
