The Dell "Dude" gets busted for buying weed ... what a dope.

Way I understand it Dell was dumping him anyway because he was demanding too much money. Much of Dell's high sales in a time when other computer manufacturers sales were taking a dive has been attributed to the Dell dude. Dell's ad people found the dude in a NYC acting school for dirt cheap, after he realized what he was doing for sales he thought he should be paid like a sports superstar, Dell said adios.

From what I understand a role like the Dell dude ruins a person's chances at other roles since he now carries a stereotype with him, only acting he might get now is in a Pauly Shore movie.

I couldn't stand him either. Glad he's gone! I always thought Dell was too classy to have an annoying d1ckhead like the Dell Dude for a spokesperson.
