How do I tweak my fuel pump? which screw? tighten or loosen? how far can I go?

How far up under my truck can I run flex tubing? do I have to stay behind the cab or can I go right up front with it??

not sure on numbers but I did get a 18. 25 at 75mph in the 1/4 not to bad
