Dumb question about 2006 A/C compressor Electrical Connector

Even though I've been an Electronic Technician for many, many years and have worked with all kinds of electrical connectors in consumer electronics, industrial machines, computers, etc., I'm a total spaz when it comes to automotive connectors. Many are straight forward, but some I have never seen before and I can't figure out how to get them apart. That's the case I'm having right now with my A/C compressor. It doesn't help that it's hard to get to and covered in 13 years of filth. I can't proceed with dropping the compressor until someone tells me how to get this darn connector apart. Please help!

Should have a little red tag in the middle that you slip backwards then mash the connector tabs and should come apart, at least that's what was in mine
