I'm looking at replacing the skins on my '02 2500 4x4 with a set of Dunlop Radial Rover R/V in a 305/70/R16 on M/T wheels. Anyone out there have any experience with these tires ? These will be summertime/highway use only, no offroad, no snow.

In 240K miles of tires on my 02 they were by far THE WORST set of tires I owned. They wore terrible and had no traction off of the highway. Dont let the aggressive looking side tread fool you. They were worse then the stockers.

Best tire in my opinion is the Bridgestone Dueller AT Revo. I wont by anything else for a stock rim.

I can't agree more with this statement I too had awful time with them and to boot They could never balance right. Tire co figured it was a problem with the cords after about 6 months of fighting it they traded me up to BFG atko. Up here the most popular are the yokahama geolander at. They hold up excellent and are reasonable.

I don't know about the other two comments, 2 & 3, but I had a set put on my 95 DRW, although not the same size, but mine were probably the best tires I have ever had. I got good mileage, good traction. Never had a problem with them.

I have the tires you are looking at and very poor wear they are 265 75 16 E. I went on a trip of 3k miles when I bought them, 3/32 wore off the rear. almost 2/32 front in the center indicating over inflation, 55 front and tried to find a no-sway in the rear. started 60 psi-65psi-70psi, never did get away from sway. I had a travel trailer in tow. And have never had any problem with this set up with any other tire I have ever had on this truck. I don't think the truck will pass inspection with the wear in the center as it is now, with 18000 miles on them. They have a 50000 wear out warrenty and it is going to be like pulling chickens teeth to get an adjustment, I have to deal with a woman who does not understand the rules of towing a TT. They never have seen 85 psi. But they are quite
