Real Power Upgrade numbers?

Stock Intercooler R.I.P.

i have someone trying to sell me a used dodge ram ctd 2500, etc. with a recently installed dunrite torque converter and am curious about others experiences with this particular piece of equipment.

theferalkid, RIP at Source Automotive in Portland Oregon sells them and they tell me their converters (Dunrite) are a lifetime guranteed item? I didn't hear that from Tony Garcin but that's what Source Auto tells me? Dunrite has been in the transmission business for lots of years so they should know what their doing? Call Rip and get the poop. Hope this helps. It's a beefed up converter and I'm sure it's better than stock regards AHughes Oregon

I just had my 47RH rebuilt with the Dunrite stuff and a full rebuild about 1000miles ago. I got the single disc converter (rated for 450hp) and the valve body kit so far so good, worlds better than stock. I dont have very many miles on it and my truck isnt a powerhouse but if you have any questions I can try and answer them the best I can.
