I have the viper remote start and the two way remote SUCKS but I just bought a normal remote and it works great and no screen to break. The normal remote is not 2way but I never really need the 2 way other than it was cool.
thanks, i actually got my old crimestopper to work today and it is a 2 way, i like b/c i can't alway hear if it started, but my neighbors sure do... ...
I'm not sure how your breaking them. I know one guy that has driven over 2 remotes, I'm still not sure how you "drive" over your keychain since mine is attached to the key. I suggest if it's getting broke in your pocket at work, don't carry it in your pocket. Most systems come with 1 "2-way" remote and one regular(non-LCD). If you need the 2-way at home, leave it there and carry the other. (non-LCD remotes are only about $10. 00) I know Crimestopper remotes seem to be as durable as just about any other I've done (meaning not very)however at close to $50. 00 each for some of the 2-way versions I'd hate to replace too many. Don't feel bad I keep breaking cell phones (hard to see who's calling when the screen's broke. )
