Starting with the ordering process and continuing thru the installation, this is one off the best transactions I've ever experienced. The lady who answered, I can't remember her name, was actually very knowledgeable about the product and at the same time very personable. The flaps got here in a timely manner and were packaged exceptionally well. I normally don't follow instructions for anything, but I read thru them anyway and they were spot on. They didn't leave you guessing anything. The fit of the flaps and the pre-drilled holes were perfect. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like nowadays 90% of the products you purchase aren't quite right. They either don't look right, fit right, are made from substandard materials or don't color match. Not with these!!

I am in no way affiliated with DuraFlaps. I'm just a very happy customer who received a high quality product. I would and will recommend this product to anyone.

The flaps are made in Oregon, installation and fit are perfect even with flares, took about one hour to do, looks well made product from USA!

Question for you guys on the flaps--

are the stainless weights necessary to keep the flaps hanging right are they only subtle bling??

No I didn't order the stainless steel weight, I really believe that strictly for dress up, mite hang straight down no problem.

THANKS... I also want the plain jane look for my mud flaps, and the cheesy oem ones will be coming off for a set of these.

Thanks, Mike, what width did ya get?

Clark, I ordered the standard length front and rear and I believe they are the 12". I just measured them and they are 11 3/4" across. I sent you an email with some pics. Don't mind the mud sprayed on the truck, it was there before I put the flaps on.

Mike, thanks for the pics..those look GOOD!!!
Do you mind if I post the pics here for people to see??

The Duraflaps are the best! I've had the OEM and Pro-Flaps, before hearing about the Duraflaps on TDR. Highest quality, SS hardware and super easy install. These are a no brainer.

I have DuraFlaps on my pickup and love them. I called and told them I wanted the standard width for the Dodge Ram 2500 but I wanted them as long as possible. They recommended no longer than 25" and I blessed that. When I got them I was thrilled with the workmanship and the look. I did get the "boltless" stainless steel on the bottom of the flap. I love them and their customer service is excellent. I managed to screw up on of my front flaps when installing so I ordered a new one. Couple of days later and a new flap arrived. Excellent company and product. They have been on for about 6 or 7 years now and still look great!

What width?

Liking these Duraflaps. Not sure if I should order the 12" width or the 14".

I have 2017 Longhorn 3500 4x4 SRW Megacab (with factory fender flares).

Tires: Nitto Terra Grappler G2's in size 295/70R18.

Appreciate it!

The 12" width just BARELY cover my 280/75/17 tires. I like them, but if you have wider tires or simply wants more protection, get the 14" Dura Flaps.
