Dust Seal on Rear of Transfer Case

How hard is it to replace this dust seal on the rear of the transfer case where the drive shaft comes out?

Not that hard at all.

Take out the driveshaft (natch) Check the u-joints and carrier bearing while you have it out.

Drive the old seal out with a chisel/screwdriver using the lip around the edge. Lip is right up against the t-case. Install new seal.
