Well I couldn't help myself, I just had to do it. I was fortunate enough to make it to the SEMA show and after seeing them I bought a set. If you can't stand the cost of the kit then the cost of these hubs will really upset you #@$%!. They only take a quarter turn to engage and if you ever owned a toyota with locking hubs then you'll understand. :D

Nice!

I owned a Toyota and Ford with "stone age" hubs. They're the only way to go. Throw some H2's and some 35-12. 50-17 Toyo Mt's and the hubs will look proportional. The 35 spline shafts are an added bonus. Good product. :)

I believe they are dynatrac also, they are just lower profile than the standard warn lockouts so they don't stick out as far.

They save what? About an inch?? (in this setup, an inch means a lot!)

Looks good! I like that non-chrome look.

Is that the stub hub kit? I didn't think you could get those in a 8 bolt pattern. I an guessing that the guts are standard for the 60 axles.

No stub hub for AAM's

To keep the necessary bearing spacing,a stub hub kit is not possible. It would negate any gains with the dual race bearing setup according to Dynatrac. I spoke to them yesterday.

JAlderman,

Would you be willing measure and post the dim. of your Dynaloc hubs from the wheel mntng. surface to outside face. I just measured my EMS kit with a straight-edge, and it is 6. 75".

I'm just curious as to the differance, if any.

Thanks for any info. on this.

it looks to me he got the regular free spin kit and bought a set of the dynaloc hubs that are included in the stub hub kit.

the full stub hub kit is 2. 25 shorter than the regular hubs but the dynaloc lockouts are about 1" shorter than regular lockouts so the regular hub kit with the dynaloc lockouts will also be about 1" shorter.

the Dynaloc lockouts fit almost completely inside the hub whereas the Warn lockouts protrude out of the hub 1. 25-1. 5"

Well to clear a few things up, i orginally bought the free spin kit and after talking to the engineers at SEMA I wanted a set. The dynaloc hubs are made to replace what ever warn hubs fit. The kit is simple but ingenious. They are about 1" shorter than the warns.

I talked to steve from dynatrac and they have no intentions as of yet to make the stub hub kit for the newer trucks. He does realize that the length of the hub sticking out is stopping alot of people from purchasing the kit let alone the cost.

I won't be able to post any measurements until this weekend, its dark when I get home and its freaking cold outside.

I will not post any prices, due to the bickering it creates about Dynatrac.

Pay to play you get what you pay for, and its American made in the USA.

Looks good J. I've got a set of dynalocs the brown truck should be dropping off tomorrow. Now all I need is some bargain '08 H2's and some paint matched power wagon flares. I saw some pics of a truck setup like that - the H2's tuck those hubs nicely even with warn lockers you hardly notice them. Can't wait to get mine all done.

I just put my name on the waiting list at EMS for a set for a dully. From what I can find they are the only one with a dully hub that doesnt use a adapter. I cant keep pinion seals in the front axle. I know this isnt a fix just feed up with the problem. I am hope for a little better mpg. Have you guys seen any? I hall with the truck and am I have always want to use 2wd low for backing into loading docks. Your hubs looks good.

The Dynaloc hubs measure 5 3/4" from the wheel mounting surface when all said and done. No stub hub for the AAM axles. Anyone know how far the EMS kit with the warns sticks out? I like the Dynatrac kit truck drives and steers much much better. I did replace the ball joints at the same time.
