I'm sure I read it on here somewhere but can't find it again. What size hole do I need to use my stock hub caps with the Dynatracs? 4 1/8"? 4 1/4" ?
Shadrach

I used 4 1/4 and still wound up being too tight. Had to sand it out more to make it fit... . worked out fine though. I would think 4 3/8 would be just right, if available.

I used 4-1/4 on mine. If you're in doubt, test drill a piece of wood and see if it fits the hub. If you drill 4-1/8 but need 4-1/4, you won't have the pilot left to enlarge the hole. Drill from the outside in.

Shadrach, I used a 4" rigid conduit hole saw on mine and it turned out well. That's what I had available because I'm an electrical contractor.

I was going to get a buddy to do it on his lathe and I won't have the truck there when he does it. Can someone measure exactly how much of the hub sticks out beyond the edge of the cap, that was I can get it right the first time? Thanks Shadrach

what kind of lock's are you going to be useing?
as i have the dynalocks and it is about a 1 1/2" beond the cap. i used a 4. 5" hole saw and it just cut's the in side of the cap what look's like ware the lug nut's should be, had the hole saw in a drill press and a block of wood on the bottom and had one person hold the cap and ran the drill slow as i can to get it centered and lowered the hole saw real slow so it would not grab hard and spin the cap out of there hands!

i have the caps off right now i can get a pic of the cap if you want! just reply back.
