How often do you lube your front end?

Ball joint re-use?

Like many of you, I've been replacing worn out front end components (@ 50,000 miles). RedHead steering box w/ defiant stabilizer, tie rod ends, trac bar bushings etc. Next comes ball joints. Are the Dynatrac units out yet? Last I heard they had some metallurgy issues with the prototypes. Anyone running them?

The fact that they are greaseable & rebuildable certain makes them of interest to me. Like to hear from anyone that's using them.

These are probably better than anything on the market except Carli's. Quad 4x4 has some good stuff too. IF Carli's BJs are a "life of the vehicle" product, then they are worth the price (we'll see, I have uppers and lowers on the way). Rebuildable is nice but I rather so something else with my days off.

Here's is a good read about BJs. Middle of Carli's page and bottom of Quad's page.

My dealer has had an order in for the Dynatrac's for probably 2 months now, with no deliveries yet, hopefully soon, as I'm in that order!

They are shipping now. My dealer said he has received a few. If you don't have another source, give them a call, MCS Midwest Diesel, 636-451-4144.
